About Me …

Hi, I’m Jamie, and my work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to who you already are.

I am a certified Reiki Master, a dedicated yoga teacher, and an educator who trains yoga teachers in training. Devoted to the study of energy, embodiment, and nervous system regulation, my practice weaves Traditional Usui Reiki and Golden Dragon Reiki with yoga, meditation, and intuitive awareness—bridging ancient healing systems with a grounded, trauma-informed approach. As a proud professional member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners (IARP), I am committed to upholding the highest standards of energetic practice and professional integrity.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals navigating stress, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and periods of deep personal or spiritual growth. I also support neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum and those with developmental or cognitive differences, holding spaces that honor sensory needs, regulation, and individual pacing. My approach is adaptable, patient, and deeply attuned.

What sets my work apart is not only technique, but presence. I create steady, intentional spaces where the body feels safe enough to soften and the mind can begin to quiet. My background includesadvanced Reiki mastery, a deep specialization in energetic anatomy and the chakra systems, and extensive experience in functional anatomy, somatic integration, and subtle-body teacher training.

The Sacred Return was created as more than a healing service—it is an invitation. A space for those who feel disconnected, overstimulated, or led away from themselves to remember that the answers have always lived within.

Through Reiki, movement, and intentional practices, I guide you back to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing—so you leave not changed into someone new, but restored to who you have always been.

Come home to yourself.
